Join the Kentucky Gourd Society

The purpose of the Kentucky Gourd Society is to encourage the growing of gourds, to promote the use of gourds and to provide other information about gourds. In just 5 short years our society membership has grown to over 400 members.

During the year, members of the Kentucky Gourd Society receive four newsletters. Two or more workshops are provided for members each year. At least two business meetings are conducted yearly.

The GOURD VINE is the informational arm of the Kentucky Gourd Society. Included in it's pages are business reports that range from articles on the growing, harvesting and curing of gourds to the sale of seeds, dried gourds and crafts. The time and place of gourd meetings and workshops are also published. On the lighter side are gourd tales told by gourd members.
In addition to our newsletter we have added the Kentucky Gourd Society official website to help keep our members informed with the latest news and information.
Membership Dues for the Kentucky Gourd Society are only $11 per year.
($14.00 per year outside of the USA.)
